Keionta Davis Signs With Patriots

Former University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football All-American Keionta Davis signed on with the NFL's New England Patriots, the team announced today.  Davis inks his first professional deal as a rookie free agent. 

A two-time All-American, Davis was the 2016 Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Year.  He led the SoCon with 10.5 sacks and finished ninth in the voting for the Buck Buchanan Award.  His 31.0 career sacks are second all-time at UTC behind former teammate and All-American David Tull (39.

Other Mocs currently on NFL rosters include C.J. Board ('16) with the Baltimore Ravens, Jacob Huesman ('15) with the New York Giants, Corey Levin ('16) with the Tennessee Titans, Chris Lewis-Harris ('11) with the Denver Broncos and Buster Skrine ('10) with the New York Jets.
