Tuesday, April 24, 2018

Chick-fil-A Franchise Owner Heath Kyle will soon welcome guests to the East Ridge Chick-fil-A restaurant at 639 Camp Jordan Pkwy. and has begun hiring up to 90 new team members to prepare for the grand opening this upcoming month.

Mr. Kyle is hiring for full-time and part-time positions to work in all areas of the restaurant, including leadership positions focused on talent, training and administrative support. Chick-fil-A restaurant team members said they appreciate having Sundays off, flexible schedules, and the family atmosphere created at the restaurant.

Chick-fil-A team members are eligible for the chain’s initiative, Remarkable Futures, which provides $9 million in annual scholarships. Ranging from $2,500 to $25,000, the scholarships are based on leadership, community involvement and academic achievement.  Over the years, Chick-fil-A, which employs more than 75,000 people through corporate positions and franchised locations, has provided almost $46 million to help pay for college.

"We’re honored to be recognized as a top workplace and know that team members will find the same opportunities for growth at the new East Ridge Chick-fil-A,” said Mr. Kyle. “We are selling more than just chicken. Our goal at the new East Ridge restaurant is to impact and influence our team, our guests and our community.”

In 2017, Chick-fil- A received the top score among fast food brands and one of the top 10 scores overall for customer experience in the Temkin Experience Ratings survey. In 2016, Chick-fil- A was named the Technomic Consumer’s Choice for “providing value through service,” named the “the most polite restaurant in the country” in QSR Magazine’s annual drive-thru report and was the only restaurant brand named to the Top 10 “Best Companies to Work For” by 24/7 Wall Street.

Why Are Joda Thongnopnua And Phil Bredesen Downplaying Their Democratic Values?

For the past several months, the Democratic Party has reached a tipping point. “Their Resistance” is to oppose anything and everything Republicans are doing to deliver a stronger economy and better economic opportunities for all Americans.  Yet, I find it very interesting that the public outcry we are seeing from the Democrats on a national level is nowhere to be found when ...
